• Runs in Guided Access on school iPads; OTA updates via EAS with an on-site relaunch procedure
• Moved the backend to a paid tier the day a free-tier auto-pause took both iPads dark: free infra is fine for a prototype and wrong for anything a person depends on at a fixed time of day
• Weekly off-platform export with Slack and email alerting; a runbook a colleague can run without me
