An executive assistant built from agents
A set of agents that do an executive assistant's work for a CEO: email and templates written in his voice and trained on how he actually writes; reminders, scheduling, and summaries; and, because they can reach every tool the team runs on, the ability to act on whatever is sent their way — answer it, log it, record it, update the team, or file the document. They also answer. Connected to the knowledge base I built for each entity in the incubator, the assistant can say where a deal or an incubation stands, what moved in any workflow this week, and what's due — from one message. The person on the other end gets a reply that sounds like him; the team gets a record without anyone typing it up.
- Voice first: outbound email and templates trained on the CEO's own writing, reviewed before anything leaves.
- Folded in the automations the executive assistant had started building herself, so the finished product matched how she already worked rather than replacing it.
- Reach across the whole stack — mail, calendar, chat, the CRM, the operating platform, and the document store — through audited access rather than copied credentials.
- Acts, logs, records, updates: a forwarded thread becomes a reply, a CRM note, a task, and a team update in one pass.
- Answers from the inside: queries the structured knowledge base kept for each entity in the incubator — the entity-brain pattern — and reports the latest movement in any workflow, so a question by text gets a current answer rather than a search.
- Guardrails by design: it reads, drafts, and asks; it never sends, pays, or signs on its own, and the first runs of any new action stay draft-only.
- Shares its records with the pre-meeting brief agent and the needs-you queue, so the morning brief and the inbox agree.
