Akture — action-capture video for rec-sports facilities

Facilities install cameras; players get instant clips and livestreams of their games. I co-founded it and ran everything that wasn't the camera firmware — logistics, legal, HR, R&D coordination with international technical partners, accounting — from idea to launch.

• Proof: MVP delivered in six months. Cash-flow positive in twelve, on targeted site sales and cost-efficient scaling rather than a raise.
• The tooling: growth ran on a Slack bot I built — paste Instagram handles into a channel, get researched, enriched prospects in a shared sheet.
